Southwest Steak Fajitas
Ingredients:1 package Tyson®
Refrigerated Fully Cooked Seasoned Steak Strips or
1-1/4 cups Tyson
Seasoned Beef Strips (Boxed)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1-1/2 teaspoons Southwest seasoning
1 lime, juice only
3 flour
tortillas
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
- Add meat, peppers and onions to skillet. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or
until hot.
- Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasoning and lime juice.
Spoon meat and
vegetables into tortillas. Add your choice of toppings, for example, salsa,
grated cheese, sour cream or guacamole. Roll up or fold tortillas to enclose
filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
