Southwest Steak Fajitas


Ingredients:1 package Tyson® Refrigerated Fully Cooked Seasoned Steak Strips or
1-1/4 cups Tyson Seasoned Beef Strips (Boxed)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1-1/2 teaspoons Southwest seasoning
1  lime, juice only
3  flour tortillas

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  2. Add meat, peppers and onions to skillet. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
  3. Sprinkle meat and vegetables with seasoning and lime juice.

Serving Suggestion:
Spoon meat and vegetables into tortillas. Add your choice of toppings, for example, salsa, grated cheese, sour cream or guacamole. Roll up or fold tortillas to enclose filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
