Campbells Monterey Chicken Fajitas


Ingredients:1 package Tyson® Chicken Breast Strips (Boxed), 9 oz.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10 3/4 oz.
1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
8  flour tortillas, 8-in., heated
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet to medium. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
  2. Add soup, salsa and chicken to skillet. Cover and heat through.

Serving Suggestion:
Spoon chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
**Any fully cooked Tyson Chicken may be substituted for the Sliced & Diced Chicken.**
