Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients:
1 package Tyson® Southwest Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips (Boxed)
1 can Ro-tel® Diced Tomatoes
and Green Chilies, 10 oz., drained
1 package Mexican cheese blend,
8 oz.; shredded
4 large flour tortillas, 10 in.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash hands. Place two tortillas on large baking sheet. Sprinkle each tortilla with one-fourth of the cheese.
- Heat chicken strips according to package directions. Arrange half the strips on each tortilla. Top each with half the tomatoes, half the remaining cheese and one of the remaining tortillas.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and slice into 4 slices each. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Refrigerate leftovers.
